An Invitation to Small Group Leadership
As
Westview continues in its vision to teach the word of God to our church
community, we are looking for individuals who feel called to participate in the
ministry of leading or hosting small group bible studies. If you are looking to develop as a small group
leader, or are available to host a small group study, please contact us and let us help connect
you to the community that can help you develop your gifts and skills,
broadening this life-giving ministry to connect more of our faith community to
God’s word, and each other.

God has designed us to live in community. We need God. We need each other. We need to be connected. In the book of Hebrews, we are told to “not give up meeting together….but to “spur one another on towards love and good deeds.” And that’s where groups come in…It is our firm belief at Westview that life change happens best in community. When people gather in groups with a shared mission to pursue God, to care for one another, or to serve others – God tends to show-up and do amazing things. Westview’s Small Group ministry offers a variety of groups. Whether you’re new to this ‘small group’ thing or a veteran, there’s a group ready to welcome you. We have groups for men, women, couples, singles, teens, tweens and ‘mixed groups’ where men and women, both singles and couples are welcome.
